SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Please allow 5-15 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

We will email As soon as possible on any backorders 

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following week.

We offer free shipping on any order over $35

All domestic shipments are shipped via USPS or UPS, we might require signature upon delivery if the order is $100+

Available shipping methods:

USPS ground 3-7 days

USPS priority 2-5 days 

USPS express 1-2 days 

UPS ground 5 days 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Returns

For all returns and exchanges, please email montestruquejewelry@gmail.com
We accept returns and exchanges within 4 days of receipt on all unworn jewelry.
All custom and sale pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges.


REPAIRS

For all repair inquiries, please email montestruquejewelry@gmail.com. Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.

If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an Return number and instructions on where to ship it to.

PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER STOCKIST

Please contact the stockist/store that you originally purchased the piece from.
